Delivery Policy

After you place an order on raworange.com, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and are processing it. Once your orders are dispatched, you will receive another email confirming your dispatch details. Orders can be tracked via our delivery partners Elite Airborne Express’s website. If you have any questions about your order please contact us at customerservice@raworange.com or chat online with an Arabic or English speaking customer service representative available 5 days a week from 9 am to 6 pm UAE time.

Your package will be delivered to your doorstep and we aim to deliver your order at the earliest.

 

UAE

  • Delivery within UAE is free.

  • For online purchases, we accept payments via Credit/Debit cards and COD

  • For COD deliveries, we can only accept cash in AED within UAE

  • Order before 3:30 pm to receive your order the next day (except Friday)– Applies to city limits and serviceable areas. For remote regions, delivery would take few days additional based on the area location (Area location list here – put the link here)

  • Delivery timings would be during normal working hours between 8 am to 6 pm, except Fridays.

  • Kindly provide us with the correct mobile number and exact address to avoid any delays

 

GCC and other International Countries

  • Delivery to other countries can take up to 2-3 working days within GCC and 5-7 days for other International countries subject to customs clearances.
  • The delivery charges will be calculated at the checkout and can be paid using your credit/debit card
  • International deliveries are subject to customs clearances and deliveries will happen post-customs clearance. In the case of customs duty being charges, these will need to be paid by the recipient at the time when goods are delivered
